We always meet the functionality goals of our clients, meaning we make sure the site does what they want it to do. Our workflow process includes:

1. Gathering information.
   
   During this first step, we will have to make a general image, both on the current situation and especially on yours aims and expectations. We'll ask you to provide as many details as necessary in order to get a correct image about your vision, philosophy, company and business profile, preferences.
   
   
2. Planning and Contract.
   
   During this phase, we'll organize all the information related to the project in a document called "Project Plan", which the client must give the final approval on. This document should be used as a final, detailed specification for the work to be performed by us. Once we have agreed to work together, we have to complete this document to ensure that both parties understand the scope and outcome of the project. It should include a detailed description of the work to be performed, deliverables, deadlines and milestones. Additionally, a Non-Disclosure Agreement can be signed at the request of the client or ours.
   
   
3. First drafts.
   
   We'll start working on the basic concept drafts and usually we'll have the first results in about 3-4 working days. We will post the layouts on our web server so you can monitor our progress in real time. We will make all the adjustments you ask for until you will be completely satisfied.
   
   
4. If you are completely satisfied with the design of the website we will begin adding your content.
   
   This is where the project takes on the final form. We will process the images and insert them into the pages, edit the texts, the tables, the lists, creating the forms, programming all the necessary applications. We also pay a special attention to search engine optimization for the website as well as to ensure high loading speed pages.
   
   
5. Testing.
   
   Before we deliver the project we will perform all kind of tests to make sure that all the project's requirements are achieved.
   
   
6. Final delivery.
   
   When the project is finished and approved by the client, we will deliver all the files, in the formats we both agreed in our Statement of Work. If needed, we can also upload the website on the client's web server.

We also provide 4 weeks of technical support after we finish the project. We guarantee total correction of errors within this period.
